You're invited to a community meeting to build for September 1 - ONLY WEEKS AWAY UNTIL THE RNC!
The Republican National Convention will open on the afternoon of September 1. The Coalition to March on the RNC and Stop the War has called for a national anti-war protest to kick off the week of actions and will most likely be the largest mobilization the Twin
Cities has seen in decades. It is critical the people of Twin Cities march on the Xcel Center with a clear message against the war and the Republican Agenda. Tens of thousands are coming here from across the country.
Each and everyone of us is needed to make the September 1 anti-war march a success. We need postering teams, door knockers, banner painters, propaganda makers, marshaling at the demostration, office workers, and more:
No matter what your ability or availability, any amount of time that you can give is valuable and will help us to build this protest and to show St. Paul, the Republicans and the world that we say NO to war! Please come to the community meeting THIS SATURDAY and find out more about what we can do to make this demonstration and march successful.
The time is now to get involved in this history making effort.
